Founded in the year 1983, on the name of D R Thorat & Co. and further changed to DSK ERECTORS is based in Pune, Maharashtra India. Started as a small machine shifting, loading, unloading work with limited manpower of 10, now it is further enhanced to 100 and plus and we are working on LSTK basis for setup of complete plant. In 2006 we worked on turnkey basis for dismantling, transportation, erection & commissioning of seven presses, furnaces 4 nos., bond rising line, other equipment’s from MICO Nasik to new unit of m/s Bajaj Sons at Nashik Satpur MIDC. Recently we worked for Welspun, Anjar Gujrat plant. We handled India’s largest forming press of 1270 Ton. We have Shifted, Erected and commissioned this press at Anjar and Dahej locations in Gujrat We have also ventured in setting up total tyre plant of MRF Tyres, Trichy, Tamilnadu in 2011. This was involved total 4000 Tonns of material handling.Later from 2015 to 2017 another two projects First at MRF Tyres, Ankenpally(Hyderabad) which involved 3500 Tonns of matrial Handling & Second project again at MRF Tyres, Trichy, Tamilnadu which involved 6500 Tonns of material
handling.

HANDLING OF PRESS
Hydraulic press – Basically handling of press inside the closed shop is itself a tough task due to various constraints of space, handling, etc. apart from the different geometry related to its center of gravity.
HANDLING OF STORAGE TANKS
We have handled a variety of tanks, reactors & columns, vessels, heat exchangers, Mounded bullets, etc. The weight of a single vessel handled manually was maximum of 650T consignments.
HANDLING OF TRANSFORMER
We started our business with the shifting of transformers for power plants and Electrical sub stations. We did shifting/erection works of around 150 number transformers.
